The Business Canterbury Board Member nominations for 2024/2025 closed at 5pm, 16 September. The following is our list of nominees, feel free to review their profiles. Details on how to submit your vote will be provided to members once voting opens on 30th September.

Thank you to our list of nominees for the Business Canterbury 2024/2025 Board of Directors. Our new board will be announced at the AGM on October 24th.
Please note that as per our Constitution -
- Each member company gets one vote in our Board election, voting links will be sent to the key contact or leader as noted in our system at the time voting opens
- Lite Members are not eligible to vote. Members must hold either a Connect, Thrive, or Invest membership or an HR Advice, HR Premium, Manufacturing or Global Trade service membership.
- Membership fees must be fully paid-up for members to be eligible to vote.
A unique voting PIN and password will be emailed to you from Electionz. If you have not received an email or have any queries or concerns we would be happy to chat to you, please feel free to contact us.

Governance Structure
Business Canterbury is guided by our Constitution
and governed by our Board of Directors who support the Chief Executive in setting policy and the strategic direction of our organisation. The Board consists of nine directors who are elected by our members at our Annual General Meeting, held in October.
Nominations for the 2026/27 Business Canterbury Board have now closed. Candidates have been confirmed, and members can now learn more about the nominees ahead of the election.
