1. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open only to individuals who complete our feedback survey, as provided to event attendees by Business Canterbury.

3. Business Canterbury reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or any part of it, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) technical issues, legal or regulatory changes, or any other event affecting the fair operation of the promotion. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. All decisions made by Business Canterbury in relation to the promotion, including eligibility, the conduct of the prize draw, and the selection of the winner, are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and company name for promotional and public relations purposes in connection with this promotion, without further compensation. The winner’s details will also be shared with 2degrees as the provider of the prizes.

6. Prizes – there are four prizes to be won.  There are four prizes to be won, made up of two double passes for each of the following: 

   1. Crusaders vs Chiefs game on 22 May 2026, at Te Kaha One NZ Stadium

   2. Captain’s Run at Te Kaha on 21 May 2026, at Te Kaha One NZ Stadium

7. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents. The prize is transferable to someone else, but is non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative prize.

8. The promotion closes at 11:59pm on 15 May 2026. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or does not claim the prize, Business Canterbury reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
