1. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open only to individuals who complete a Tag of a contact/colleague on the associated linked in post by Business Canterbury.

3. Business Canterbury reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or any part of it, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) technical issues, legal or regulatory changes, or any other event affecting the fair operation of the promotion. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. All decisions made by Business Canterbury in relation to the promotion, including eligibility, the conduct of the prize draw, and the selection of the winner, are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and company name for promotional and public relations purposes in connection with this promotion, without further compensation.

6. Two prizes are available : Free  Double Pass to the Crusaders vs Waratahs match on 24 April at Te Kaha One NZ Stadium. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative prize.

7. The promotion closes at 11:59pm on 17 April 2026. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or does not claim the prize, Business Canterbury reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
