1. Entry into this competition promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open only to those who complete the February 2026 Quarterly Canterbury Business Survey by Business Canterbury.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion, or any part of it, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside their control, including but not limited to technical failures, legal or regulatory changes, or any other reason. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

4. The Promoters’ decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion, including eligibility, the conduct of the prize draw, and selection of the winner, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. By entering, the winner consents to their name and company name being used for promotional and public relations purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation.

6. One prize of a $500 Air New Zealand flight voucher is available. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey respondents. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

7. The promotion closes at 11:59 PM on 22 February 2026. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the promotion closing. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not claim the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
