1. Who are these programmes suitable for?

Programmes are designed for leaders at all stages — from new supervisors to senior managers — and can be tailored for teams or individuals.

2. What’s the difference between face-to-face workshops and online modules?

Face-to-face workshops offer immersive, hands-on development, while online modules are live but short, flexible, and ideal for busy leaders or targeted skill-building.

Online sessions enable busy people to attend a 90 minute weekly session from their office/home without the travel associated with our face-to-face sessions.

3. Can I mix online modules with in-person training?

The Face-to-face sessions are more intensive, where-as the online sessions are designed to allow for a bit more flexibility and slightly less intensity. But still with the support of real-life facilitators to take you on your leadership journey and ensure you get the most out of your sessions.

4. How do private workshops work?

We deliver workshops onsite at your organisation or with a group in a focused off-site environment, tailored to your team’s needs. Business Canterbury has room hire available to meet your needs, just discuss this with our team.

5. How long are the courses and what is the time commitment?

Most face-to-face workshops run 2 days, online modules are 90 minutes each, and private workshops can be customised for your schedule.

6. Are there prerequisites or prior experience required?

No prior experience is needed, programmes are designed to meet leaders wherever they are in their journey.

7. Can multiple team members attend together?

Yes, our programmes are designed for individual leaders or teams, and we offer group booking options.
